Refund & Service Policy

Service

We offer complimentary lifetime servicing for all laptops purchased from us.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, though delays may occur due to technical or banking issues.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund in the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at info@sjitworld.com.

Replacement

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please inspect thoroughly when receiving. Accepted items cannot be returned for other reasons.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the gift's value once returned.

If not marked and shipped to the giver, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Only torn, faulty, or wrongly shipped products are eligible for return.

Consumer Rights under CPA

Under Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999:
