Within Klang Valley: 2–4 working days. Outside Klang Valley: 4–7 working days.
Check the laptop thoroughly before purchase. Any later issues will only be eligible under the manufacturer's warranty.
Report manufacturing defects within 24 hours of delivery via hotline or WhatsApp. Late reports may affect eligibility.
Return the item to our store or partner outlet for inspection. If deemed defective, we’ll repair or replace it under CPA §§41–46 :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}.
A fee of RM 25 applies for Klang Valley replacements. Outside Klang Valley, only courier charges apply. Faulty delivery damage is customer’s responsibility if accepted.
If the product matches the described specs and is free from defects, compatibility or personal preference issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
