Dear Customer,

Our Return & Refund Policy is aligned with Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA), Sales and Service Tax (SST) guidelines, and Royal Malaysian Customs requirements.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Within Klang Valley: 2–4 working days. Outside Klang Valley: 4–7 working days.

🛍️ In‑Store Purchases

Check the laptop thoroughly before purchase. Any later issues will only be eligible under the manufacturer's warranty.

💻 Online Orders: Fault Reporting

Report manufacturing defects within 24 hours of delivery via hotline or WhatsApp. Late reports may affect eligibility.

🔧 Defective Products

Return the item to our store or partner outlet for inspection. If deemed defective, we’ll repair or replace it under CPA §§41–46 :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}.

🚚 Replacement via Delivery

A fee of RM 25 applies for Klang Valley replacements. Outside Klang Valley, only courier charges apply. Faulty delivery damage is customer’s responsibility if accepted.

❌ No Return for Change of Mind

If the product matches the described specs and is free from defects, compatibility or personal preference issues are not eligible for return or exchange.

📦 Damaged Packages

Do not accept packages with damaged packaging or broken items at the time of delivery. If accepted, subsequent complaints won’t be entertained.

🔄 Return Window

💵 Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 3–10 working days. Online refunds may take longer. Refunds will go back via original payment method. Refund fees apply for online/Fpx/card payments.

📢 “No Refund” Notice

Our “no refund, no return” policy is valid only if clearly displayed at the point of sale before purchase, per CPA :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}. This does not override statutory rights for defective goods.

💳 Tax & Duties

Imported laptops are subject to 5 % SST; no import duty :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}. Importers must comply with Customs Form 1, COA/SIRIM certifications, and Customs regulations :contentReference[oaicite:5]{index=5}.

⚖️ Consumer Rights under CPA

📧 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@sjitworld.com with order number and issue. If approved, we’ll send return label and instructions. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
